This privacy notice is for the Refrigeranto shop. We do not sell your personal data. Checkout runs on Shopify over HTTPS.

If you email us, we use that address to reply about your order or enquiry.
What we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, delivery address, phone if you give one at checkout.
- Order: products, amounts, F-gas related messages you send us.
- Payment: handled by Shopify and the payment provider you choose at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.
- Technical: IP address, device and browser data, and cookies as described in the cookie notice.
Why we use it
- To take and deliver your order (contract).
- Customer service, returns and fraud checks (contract and legitimate interests).
- Legal duties such as tax records and F-gas supply records (legal obligation).
- Essential cookies to run the basket and checkout (legitimate interests). Non-essential cookies only if you consent, where the cookie banner asks.
Who we share it with
Shopify Inc. (shop platform and, where enabled, Shopify Payments), the card or wallet provider at checkout, and the dangerous-goods carrier that delivers your order. We do not sell mailing lists or customer files.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for the time needed to fulfil the contract and for UK tax record-keeping (normally six years after the end of the tax year of the sale). Customer-service emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or archived with the order file.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability where those rights apply. Email contact@refrigeranto.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
The shop is aimed at the United Kingdom. We do not target children. Do not create an account or order if you are under 18.
