This shipping policy matches checkout. Refrigerant cylinders are dangerous goods. We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Where we deliver
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales only (UK mainland).
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses, or any country outside the United Kingdom. Checkout will not offer a rate for those destinations.
We do not offer in-store collection or locker collection.
Cost
UK mainland delivery is a flat rate of 15.00 in the store currency, shown again at checkout before you pay. If the shop currency is changed to pounds sterling, that same checkout rate is the pound amount you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold.
The total you pay is the product price plus this shipping rate, including VAT where checkout shows VAT as included.
Dispatch and transit times
- Handling: in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Transit: typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch to a UK mainland address.
- Total: most in-stock orders arrive 2 to 4 business days after payment.
Dangerous-goods checks can add one extra business day. We email a tracking number when the order ships. Times are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery slot.
Where orders ship from
Orders are packed at the fulfilment location printed on your order confirmation. We only sell delivery into UK mainland as described above.

Out of stock and delays
We only take payment for items shown as in stock. If we cannot fulfil after payment, we refund in full to the original payment method within 14 days and we tell you by email.
Failed delivery
If the carrier cannot deliver (wrong address, refused parcel, nobody available where a signature is required), we contact you. Extra delivery attempts or return-to-sender costs for an address error you supplied are payable by you. Unclaimed dangerous-goods parcels cannot be left in a safe place.
