These terms apply to purchases of Refrigeranto own-brand refrigerant on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. The full price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Who may buy
Fluorinated greenhouse gases are restricted in the United Kingdom. You must hold a valid UK F-gas qualification to purchase, handle and recover these products. Do not order for DIY vehicle or building work unless you are certified. See F-gas.
We may cancel an order if we reasonably believe the buyer is not qualified or the delivery address is not eligible.
Products and brand
Cylinders are own-brand Refrigeranto, virgin grade, not recovered. We do not sell Honeywell, Chemours or other third-party brands. Titles, weights and SKUs on the product page are the contract description. We do not publish manufacturer barcodes (GTINs) on these own-brand SKUs.
Price and payment
Prices are in the currency shown in the shop (today that is the Shopify store currency). VAT is included where checkout shows it as included. You pay through Shopify checkout by a conventional method offered there (for example card or wallet). We take payment when you place the order.
The total cost is the product price plus the UK mainland shipping rate. No extra handling fee is added after checkout unless you change the address to one we cannot serve, in which case we cancel and refund.
Contract
Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we email an order confirmation and, if we cannot supply, we refund as in the shipping policy.
Delivery
Delivery is UK mainland only, as dangerous goods, on the terms in the shipping policy. Risk passes when the carrier delivers to the address you gave (or when you fail to take delivery without a valid reason).
Cancellations, returns and refunds
The full process, time limits, who pays return postage, and when money is returned are in the returns and refunds policy. Unused sealed cylinders: 14 days from delivery. Opened or used cylinders: not returnable except where the goods are faulty or not as described.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory UK consumer rights.
Use and liability
You are responsible for lawful handling, recovery and records. We are not liable for DIY use or use by an unqualified person. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. UK courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer court rights.
